Patrick Dabney who is our technician, did a fantastic job. He communicated all through the process and was great to talk to. I had several questions and he answered them instantly For all future services I would like to request Patrick to be our guy!!

Chae noticed some drains that I didn’t know where on my property that were holding water. She walked the property with me and explained the difference between organic and regular service. She was knowledgeable and attentive to details!

The service techs at Mr. Mister are the absolute best!!! Ernyisha recently headed-up the team that provided my monthly service. The spraying was very carefully and thoroughly accomplished, and all my instructions were followed to the letter. Corey came out and retreated my yard today. I appreciate him for being so helpful and making sure the mosquitos were eliminated this time.

Chae was fantastic. She took time to walk my property with me and was willing to go much deeper into a wooded area on our property than any previous mosquito control company has ever done. She pointed out potential problem areas, asked great questions and talked to me about various treatment approaches. I’m excited to get to continue to working with her each month.

My yard has some complications and I could tell that you read the notes in my file and came prepared ... MUCH appreciated - 5 stars! ---------------- I give an A+ to Mr. Mister ... Alexander and the rest of the staff I've dealt with have been GREAT and they have - miraculously - gotten the mosquitoes out of my back yard ... I live next to a wooded area with standing water and before Mr. Mister started treating the area, I literally could not walk out into my back yard with any skin showing or I would get attacked. Now, I'm out there in shorts ... THANKS, Mr. Mister!

No problems as far as we know. We very much appreciate Eddie sending the messages, one about an hour before and another when he arrived.

Ernysha has been one of our main technicians all summer and does a fantastic job. She’s kind, professional, and is always on time. She will send a text letting me know when she’s in route and when treatment is complete. She always pays special detail to our backyard which is where we used to have the most issues with mosquitos. We love Mr. Mister! We switched over to the services a year ago because we were not happy with our last mosquito control company and couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Mr. Mister. 10/10

Chae made it happen. She came last minute after our previous technician only sprayed the front yard. We were thinking of canceling but Chae’s customer service and efficient treatment kept us! Thanks Chae!!

This is my first review for Mr Mister and ONLY because of exceptional service today from Miss Danielle. Her attention to detail included not just thoroughly treating my wandering back yard, but also leaving a completed service notification and going out of her way to send me a text that I left my keys in the front door this morning. What a great employee. If I could, I’d request her for every monthly visit.

CHAE did a Yard Evaluation today and was very professional and informative. As soon as I thought she was leaving , she got on top of my front porch and sprayed the bushes from that angle! Thanks so much CHAE!!! Well Done!

Michaela has been out multiple times to our home and has been really nice and professional each time. Also, organic spray works really well and would recommend.

Great customer service! Not sure if anyone can actually win the battle of the biting bugs this summer but MRMR are trying! We almost gave up but today Chae came out for a retreat and was able to identify some trouble areas that were being missed. She was very patient, knowledgable, upbeat and probably too cute to be out there fighting bugs;) BUT if a positive attitude helps we might win this round:) Thanks Chae!

Chae is different than all the other techs. She is great!! And efficient by herself. I have no mosquitos and she keeps it that way!!!
